Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• To request a refund, email us at admin@sooriyauptrends.in with your order number and clear photos.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• No refunds will be provided for used products or complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

• Cancellations are not possible once the order is processed or shipped.

• For cancellations, contact us immediately at admin@sooriyauptrends.in.

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• All products must be returned (if required) in unused condition and original packaging.
